Ride Puffing Billy steam train from Belgrave to lakeside .WE DO THE FULL1 HOUR TRAIN RIDE through lush mountain forest and then enjoy time exploring a Dandenong Ranges village for lunch. We then drive down the mountain and make our way to Phillip Island to further explore before visiting the Penguin Parade.
